Read this first
Never paste an API token, a password, or anyone else's personal data into a ticket.
If you accidentally do that, edit your issue to remove it, but also change it on your site as well.
Do read the integrated help in the software. It contains the full user's guide and troubleshooting information. If you have already done that, please state which troubleshooting steps you have followed to avoid getting a reply which would only point you back to what you've already tried.
If you do submit an issue, please include the following information:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Your exact Joomla version (in the format
1.2.3) - Your Grafida version
- Your platform (iOS, iPad, macOS, Windows, or Linux)
- The exact error message you received, if any
